Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or modifications by others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our insurance coverage provides additional protection as required by Ontario law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
